Aditya Pratapa, PhD, Postdoctoral Associate, is an AI Health Data Sciences Fellow at Duke University, advised by Rohit Singh and Purushothama Rao Tata. He will provide 12 calendar months of effort each year and will be responsible for software development, data collection and processing, and assisting with the machine learning modeling. His role, which includes the iterative refinement of computational models based on experimental data, will also prepare him for a career in computational medicine.
