Postdoctoral Associate

I am currently working on an ongoing multiscale project. My research focuses on the intersection of mathematics and biology. My work involves utilizing mathematical theory, data analytics, and computational methods to gain insight into the transmission dynamics and control of emerging and re‑emerging infectious diseases of public health importance. My three major ongoing research areas are: (i) incorporating human behavior into mathematical models, (ii) structural identifiability, observability, and uncertainty quantification of epidemiological models, and (iii) using models to gain mathematical insight into the transgenic fungus's ability to control malaria mosquitoes.
