I am since more than 20 years analysing immune mediated disorders, mainly auto-immune and inflammatory disease, through a Systems immunology approach. Trained as an experimental immunologist, I quickly turned to high dimensional data analysis through the Lens of adaptive immune receptor répertories. I am the currebtbchair of the AIRRC, head of a research department focusing on multidimensional and multiscale intégration of immune parameters in human, head of a training Master Track on immunothérapies and Systems immunology. My interest is both personal for my Lab but also to bridge your Community with the AIRR Community.
