Jeff Waller is a senior software engineer and tech lead for the HeLx platform, where he focuses on making research and data-science workloads easy to run on Kubernetes. He has a track record of delivering systems that teams initially considered “not doable,” especially around data, containers, and integrating legacy services. His background spans database and software architecture, high-volume data ingest, and modern application stacks (Python, Go, JS, Postgres, cloud).
Current project contribution: leading the Kubernetes-centric application layer for HeLx to host user tools (Jupyter, R, etc.) and to define how the platform can be applied across partner projects as their requirements solidify.
