I am a second year PhD student in the Math Department at Duke University. I have been working on a project with Veronica Ciocanel stochastically modeling microtubule dynamics and polarity in a spatial setting. In my undergrad, I worked on a 2D force-based ODE model to describe clustered cell migration in the egg chamber of a Drosophila melanogaster. I also worked on a project in which we developed a GNN to discover new gene-autoimmune disease associations.
