Research Project 2, MISM
Senior Research Associate, Molecular Genetics and Microbiology
Nicolas Reinoso, PhD, is a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology at Duke University. His work combines cutting-edge genetic tools and single-cell analyses to dissect the host–pathogen interactions that shape Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-related diseases, including B-cell lymphomas and autoimmune conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
Within the Multiscale Immune Systems Modeling (MISM) group, he collaborates with computational biologists to model the cellular fates dictated by EBV and to better understand the molecular circuits governing the biology of EBV-infected B cells.
