Ramya Srinivasan is a student at Purdue University majoring in Data Science. She is interested in the intersection of data science, software development, and research computing.

Ramya is a MISM Data and Metadata Intern at the Renaissance Computing Institute (RENCI), where she supports efforts to improve the discovery and integration of biomedical models, datasets, and related scientific resources. For this project, her work focuses on metadata curation, knowledge graph development, and semantic search applications, helping to organize information that supports biomedical and infectious disease research. Through her internship, she is gaining experience with data modeling and ontology-informed metadata standards.
