I build in vitro experimental models of lymph nodes (human and mouse), using tissue explants and/or organ-on-chip approaches to study tissue-level functions, cell-cell interactions, and the impact of spatial organization. I am interested in partnering with computational modelers to synergize between the in vitro and in silico models.
